Hawley's Infamous Mug: We fixed it!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 17, 2022

KANSAS CITY, MO – In honor of Mug Wars 2022, the Missouri Democratic Party released a new product today, one that may look familiar to Senator Josh Hawley.

Earlier this week, the junior Senator from Missouri sent a campaign email also announcing a new mug for sale, one that pictured his infamous fist pump to the insurrectionists on January 6th, 2021. After Missouri Democratic Party Executive Director Randy Dunn stopped laughing, he released the following statement:

“Josh can celebrate his seditious behavior all he wants, but he never addresses the real issues. He has yet to acknowledge what actually happened on January 6th last year, and let’s be honest, he’s not going to. Instead, he will pose for pictures, scream unintelligent things during hearings and make mugs for the purpose of filling it with ‘liberal tears.’ We don’t have any time to waste tears on him. We are working each and every day to make sure his choices don’t ruin our state, especially his recent endorsement of Vicky Hartzler. Josh needs to leave Washington, and return to Virginia, in 2024. Hartzler and the other Republican primary candidates can’t be allowed to get to D.C. in the first place. If you truly desire a cup with Josh’s face on it, ours is much more accurate.”

Our mug can be purchased on our website, www.missouridemocrats.org. Also, it is union-made in America, Billy.
