Next Stop for Greitens: Texas

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting today that Eric Greitens is set to visit Texas this week for a political event.

This continues the growing — and worsening — pattern of Greitens using his time in the Governor’s mansion to prioritize out-of-state travel for political events and meetings with wealthy political donors, while also ignoring healthcare cuts he caused for an estimated 8,000 seniors and people with disabilities. Over 60,000 seniors in Missouri are also facing higher prescription drug costs because of the Governor’s healthcare cuts.

Some of Eric Greitens’ other out-of-state visits include trips to IowaNebraskaMichiganRhode IslandTennessee,VirginiaMiamiColorado SpringsAspen, and Washington, DC at least 5 times.

“Eric Greitens isn’t even trying to hide the truth anymore: He cares more about traveling around to meet with billionaires and millionaires than healthcare for seniors and working Missourians.”
